For those that have been attending my sessions, I want to THANK YOU for your continued support!
I’d still very much like to be a part of your journey to improve your well-being. I’m available per my updated schedule below and would love to talk in more depth if you’re curious about private sessions.
I’m also working on putting together some prerecorded ‘On Demand’ content, which you can view on your own schedule.  If this is something would interest you, I would love to hear your thoughts so I can best support your needs.

Online Weekly Schedule

TO REGISTER,  just click the link next to the class you’d like to join.  All classes are donation-based and 60-minutes unless otherwise noted. If you are able to contribute it’s gratefully appreciated and can be made via Venmo or Paypal.

Gift Cards can also be purchased if you’d like to gift someone a session.
